Heat shrinkable cable joint closures for telephone cables are fiber reinforced heat shrinkable closures designed for the protection of cable joints for the non-pressurized telephone cables network. The heat shrinkable cable joint mainly consists of a heat shrinkable, reinforced and wraparound sleeve and a wrap-around metal canister/cardboard liner. The heat shrinkable sleeve is made of a fiber reinforced high strength composite material with integrated layer of aluminum serving as a moisture barrier. The heat shrinkable sleeve is internally coated with a flexible heat adhesive which will melt and adhere to the cable to form an air and water tight seal. The wrap-around metal canister/cardboard liner protects the cable joints from moisture vapor transmission. The white line inside of the trajectory and the temperature-sensitive paint on the heat shrinkable sleeve can lead a good and right operation.
